The Ballarat home is the Not For Profit’s first facility to be purpose-built around the small household model and will cater for 112 residents in 14 small households when it opens in September 2018.
In another first, Mercy will also be allowing candidates to upload video applications to YouTube in addition to written applications – a sign the provider knows it will need to recruit from outside the region to find workers.
