Phil Smith’s Aged Care Confidential has successfully brokered the sale of Synovum’s Bexley Care Centre, a 60-bed aged care facility in Sydney, to WA’s Hall & Prior Aged Care Group, taking them to 12 homes in NSW.
Natasha Chadwick established Synovum in 2011. The transaction is an exit of NSW operations for her, and allows her to continue the development of NewDirection Care, for which she was named Telstra Business Woman of the Year (2019).
