Group CEO Enrich Health Group & CEO Enrich Living Services, Norbert Walther (pictured top), is stepping down from his role after 2 ½ years.

Three executives will take his place.

Andrew Mann (Managing Director Sue Mann) has been appointed to the EHG Board as Executive Director overseeing the Home Care Businesses which include Sue Mann Nursing and Community Care, Bromilow Community Care and Enrich Living Services.

Stuart Miller, will expand his role and become CFO & COO of Enrich Health Group.

Luke Greive, moves from COO to CEO of Enrich Living Services.

Enrich was created by Sydney private equity group Quadrant purchasing 50% of W.A. based St Ives Home Care for a suggested $150 million in August 2016. St Ives is owned by a Royal Automobile Club of W.A. (RAC).

The group has been expanding rapidly since then, led by Norbert Walther.

Services ranging from Wellness & Injury Prevention, Injury Rehabilitation, Vocational Services (incl. DES) and Aged Home Care & Support services, and are delivered across three brands: Enrich, Generation Health and Sue Mann.

It doesn’t look like Walther is leaving the sector. He tells us: “My passion for new solutions to enable a positive journey of ageing is as strong as it has ever been. Over the coming weeks I’ll be redefining how I can best channel that sense of purpose and passion in a way leading to maximum benefits for clients, the sector, the great people working in the sector”.
