Continuing their partnership to build aged care facilities at a number of Lendlease villages, the Not For Profit has filed an application to build the facility at the operator’s Closebourne Village Estate.
Under the plan, the facility would feature six wings with 72 high-care beds and 36 dementia beds and see two existing buildings on the site – Closebourne House and Arkell House – adapted and refurbished.
