Running to 12 pages, it details submissions to three Government committees or enquiries, plus briefings with Ministerial staff. They also summarised the Top 10 resident issues by volume of enquiry:

6. Operator going in to liquidation and leaving village unfinished (4 villages)

10. Incorrect procedures for Annual Management Meeting (3 calls)
