Other village break-ins and attacks

In addition to the sexual assault at Belmont, a 26 year old prowler was caught this week in the office at Fraser Shores village in Hervey Bay by a police dog after residents noticed unusual activity. Sugarland Gardens (Bundaberg) residents noticed unusual people on their streets last Sunday night and next morning found an empty pesticide canister next to a rain water tank, which now had ‘frothy’ water. The tank was emptied and cleaned. The water was for gardens only. In Magill (SA), two boys aged 13 were arrested the day after several cars and ILUs had been broken into with cash and a laptop stolen.
