Pensioners will receive their CPI adjustment tomorrow, with the maximum Single Pension rising $3.85 per week to $284.90 and the Pensioner Couple will rise $6.40 per week to $475.90. The Rudd Government had promised a $35 per week increase in the Aged Pension during the last election and deliverable in the May budget with each additional $10 per week reported to cost $2 billion p.a.
