The sudden death of a 91-year-old woman in an Adelaide aged care facility last month was declared a major crime this week. The woman died at the Philip Kennedy Centre operated by Southern Cross Care on September 25. Police said detectives would continue to investigate the circumstances related to the cause of death. Southern Cross Care previously stated management and staff were cooperating with police.
