In August, the Queensland-based Not For Profit announced it was quitting residential care and selling its six aged care facilities – now its home care operations have been acquired by the private home care provider.

Founded by three home care providers – the NSW Central Coast-based Sue Mann Nursing and Community Care – which sold a stake to Quadrant Private Equity in 2017 – NSW-based Enrich and Sunshine Coast-based Bromilow – myHomecare is headed up by Founding Director Sue Mann, Executive and Managing Director Andrew Mann and Chief Executive Officer, Stuart Miller, who was the Group CFO of Home Care Holdings, owned by Quadrant, from 2017 to January this year.

PresCare’s home care operations are based in locations including Brisbane, Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton, Townsville, Hervey Bay, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.

Mr Miller said the services will transition to the myHomecare Group over the coming months.

“This is another exciting step in our journey and we look forward to welcoming our new PresCare team members,” he said. “We will be changing the brand in the coming months and look forward to working with the PresCare team to select that.”
