Regional NSW private aged care operator Sunrise doubles Tuncurry site – 19 units already sold

1 min read

Operating under the Retirement Villages Act, Sunrise Supported Living has completed the first stage of 26 one- and two-bedroom units at the Mid North Coast village, with 19 already sold.

Another 13 are expected to be finished before Christmas, effectively doubling the size of the village from 50 units to 90.

Founded by Paul Greenup, Sunrise offers residents access to domestic and support services, 24-7 nursing care and home care packages and has already expanded their model with a 71-unit village in Newcastle last year.

Mr Greenup previously owned four villages in Victoria operating under the same model which he sold to Freedom Aged Care in 2015.
