Highly regarded media personality and keen supporter of the retirement village sector, Glenn Wheeler, was knocked off his motor scooter on Saturday, suffering severe head injuries and a severed artery in one leg, losing a lot of blood. While the next 48 hours are critical, he has stabilised after nine hours surgery yesterday.
