Rental village operator, Eureka, quietly kicking goals

The original basket case of the rental village market, ex Village Life, ex SCV and now Eureka Group, has been resurrected by Greg Rekers and his team working from an unglamorous warehouse on the Gold Coast. With 45+ villages, their shares have gone from 4 cents in December to 12 cents today – 200% growth in 5 months.
