RetireAustralia sells vacant retirement village land to Carinity for quasi co-located facility

1 min read

The 1.7 hectare parcel at Bargara’s Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village has been undeveloped for many years and RetireAustralia CEO Alison Quinn says she is pleased the sale has now been finalised.

“Carlyle Gardens is an independent living retirement village, so our residents will benefit from having a quality aged care facility in close proximity,” she said.

The land is adjacent to Carlyle Garden’s 294 units and just across the road from Bargara Beach.

Carinity is the re-branded QLD Baptist Care.
