Cameron, who was appointed CEO of the Not For Profit in May last year, has finalised his executive team to lead the Queensland Sunshine Coast-based organisation into the future.
The former CEO of ASX-listed Eureka Group Holdings, Cameron has reshaped Sundale's executive with a number of new faces:
- Russell Lewis, Chief Financial Officer;
- Adriana Turica, Chief Operating Officer;
- Melissa Duffey, Chief People Officer;
- Tracey Gillinder, Executive Manager Brand + Communications; and
- Andrew Tout, Executive Manager Property + Facilities.
"As a Not for Profit, members-based organisation - unique in that 80% of our members are residents - Sundale distinguishes itself from other providers. We are not listed on the ASX, nor are we Corporate or Church affiliated. This independence ensures that the resources we generate remain within Sundale, supporting our vision to be the leading provider of integrated and continuous care for older people, while giving back to the communities we serve," Cameron said.
"Our aim is to generate profit for purpose: to be self-funded, to sustain and continually enhance our service offerings, and to expand opportunities for care and support - not only for our customers, but for the wider community."
Sundale, which owns and operates four retirement villages and seven aged care centres, has also invested in a comprehensive brand refresh with the tagline 'Feel at home', an initiative shaped by insights from customers, the broader community, and staff.
"This refreshed identity embodies the warmth, sense of home, and welcoming experience that define Sundale, while establishing a clearer, stronger presence in the sector. Our new brand helps us remain memorable and trusted as a provider of homes, experience and care options that truly make a difference," Cameron added.
