The month to 14 December 2019 delivered 62,611 new Users on villages.com.au; the same period in 2020 – calculated this morning – delivered 72,895 New Users, an increase of 16.4%.
Across the 12 months, the traffic increased 14% despite the hit in March/April when COVID let loose.
In other words, interest in retirement villages keeps growing. This is good news for marketers.
The bad news is that our DCM Research of 2,271 consumers in July found that ‘positive perceptions’ of retirement villages dropped from 37% in January 2018 to 27% this year.
