The WA aged care provider is replacing its existing 52-bed aged care facility with a new 152-bed, four-storey facility in partnership with integrated property and construction group Pindan.
Once finished, the 5,454sqm site will include rooms starting at $550,000 with 15 customisable configurations plus an onsite café, wellness centre and education rooms for medical, nursing and allied health trainees.
Rosewood has historically provided services for the elderly including Meals on Wheels from the Cleaver Street location since 1957, and as part of the redevelopment, the original building at the site will be restored.
