Seachange Lifestyle Resorts pushes forward construction of Gold Coast community – residents already moved in after 12 months

As we reported here, Pradella, the property developer behind Seachange, only acquired the riverfront land at Upper Coomera in April 2017.

Since then, Seachange has obtained two development approvals, started construction on the first stage of 25 homes and completed 15 with four residents moving in during April and May.

When complete, the community will have 124 homes priced from $449,000.
