Not For Profit Goodwin, the largest retirement living and aged care provider in the ACT, has announced the departure of Board Chair Liesel Wett OAM and the appointment of Laurann Yen to the role, effective 1 July 2024.

Laurann joined the Goodwin Board in 2014, and has chaired the Care and Clinical Governance committee and Resident General Forum for several years.

She has years of research and senior management experience spanning psychology, health services, and law.

Liesel joined the Goodwin Board in 2009, and has held the position of Chair since 2014. Her contribution to Goodwin, as well as her work as CEO of Australian Pathology, was recognised in 2022 with the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to medical administration.

"Goodwin is an organisation that has a direct impact on people’s lives and wellbeing, and I’m extremely proud of having a hand in the growth of scale and quality of services," Liesel said in a statement.
