Signature Care starts construction on 180-bed Maryborough aged care home

Building work has begun on Signature Care’s new 180 bed aged care facility at Maryborough, on Queensland’s Fraser Coast.

The facility comprises of 3 x 60 bed homes, all single bedrooms, with additional accommodation for couples and suites, and is scheduled for completion in July 2022.

Signature Care, a family-owned business founded by Graeme Croft 35 years ago, has plans to build three aged care facilities in NSW (Grafton, Tamworth and Wagga Wagga), four in Victoria (Cardinia, Officer, Romsey and Warragul), four in Queensland (Eagleby, Mareeba, Maryborough and Tinana) and three in Western Australia (South Bunbury, Dawesville and Singleton). It has finished work on two aged care homes: Jimboomba and Narangba in Queensland.
