Six level retirement village plus aged care development announced for Joondaloop (Perth)

Aegis Aged Care and Perth property developer Carmel Group are coming together to create an integrated development delivering aged care, retirement living and childcare across the 1.7 ha location.

It will include a six-storey retirement living development with 74 units, a five-storey/140 bed aged care facility and a third building delivering 72 residential apartments and 46 serviced apartments, plus childcare, retail and office space, plus medical centres.
