The same story: aged care providers always in need of staff

I’ve just returned from three weeks in the UK which have again underlined this fact.

The picture above is from an aged care facility opposite my accommodation.

While another sign (not shown) advertised their award-winning care and excellent services, a shortage of nursing staff and managers seems to be a common issue worldwide.
