Health and fitness equipment and technology brand Technogym has launched its new Biocircuit system, a circuit training method offering personalised workouts.
Available for gyms in retirement villages and residential aged care homes, Biocircuit allows users to log in to the system and then follow the circuit with equipment that adapts to their needs.
Technogym describes Biocircuit as a “completely guided experience” from station to station, where users need never stop or wait.
“Biocircuit offers a quick and effective training always ready when the user is ready to go and includes everything end-users need for the best muscle activation.
“Moreover, thanks to the BIODRIVE patented technology, Biocircuit is the first training line offering a personalized workout in a safe, guided and effective way,” the company said.
Features include a new strength console with 10” screen, new graphics and training modalities; additionally, professionals can create a customisable Biocircuit program library.
The new Biocircuit Free strength stations come with three available modes: Goal Mode for beginners and unsupervised users, Free Mode for experts and supervised users, and Prescribe Mode to allow trainers and physiotherapists to customise end user training programs.
