The brainchild of KOPWA’S former CEO Paul Smith has come to life.
The Not For Profit, founded in 1957, is based at Roseville, 12km northwest of Sydney’s CBD.
TOTAL Construction has built a new aged care home that has doubled in size from the original.
“It was originally for 52 beds and we already have 82 residents here. It is a beautiful home and the design and build is first class. It is one of the better aged care homes and I have worked in a lot of aged care homes,” said Interim CEO James Carter, of O’Connell Advisory.
TOTAL Construction’s Managing Director Steve Taylor said the redevelopment was in three stages, to allow the residents to remain in place. Stage One took place during COVID-19.
