First slab still to go down as 24 of 31 units sold in Stage 3 of Paul Singer’s Camden Grove community

The first slab is about to be laid on Building 3 at HT Retirement Group’s Camden Grove retirement village in Sydney’s southwest, with 24 of 31 luxury apartments already sold.

Pre-sales began shortly before Christmas, and the two- to three-bedroom apartments are costing from $685,000 to $960,000. Paul is throwing in a limited offer of a free apartment upgrade valued at $25,000 for Stage 3.

54 fully occupied units have been built in total in the first two buildings at Camden Grove and the final plan is to have 160 apartments.

Paul Singer purchased the land and approvals from Nicholas Playoust’s AEH Group in 2019, for a price believed to be in the region of $23 million.

An experienced village developer, Paul’s Mount Gilead village now has over 600 residents while his Bowral village, Gibraltar Park, is selling strongly with 120 homes on completion.

Singer has also partnered with RFBI Care at Home (Royal Freemasons) to provide home care services into each of his villages. He provides consulting and construction services to other village operators through his HT Retirement Group.
