Paul Singer’s HT Retirement Group cements sales domination in south-west Sydney with Camden Grove sellout

1 min read
The quiet achiever in private retirement village development and sales, Paul Singer has just completed Stage One of his Camden Grove village (pictured), with 28 apartments presold; another 28 have been accelerated in Stage Two, to be completed and occupied by New Year.

Singer purchased the site from Nicholas Playoust’s AEH Retirement Living in March 2019 for around $23 million. 33 months later, the development is completed.

Paul Singer has been a retirement village developer for 20 years. His Mount Gilead village now has close to 500 residents and has consistently delivered nine new sales a month.

His Bowral village, Gibraltar Park, is selling strongly with 120 homes on completion.

Singer has also partnered with RFBI Care at Home (Royal Freemasons) to provide home care services into each of his villages.

He provides consulting and construction services to other village operators through his HT Retirement Group.
