UnitingSA kicking goals at $50M Adelaide aged care and retirement living precinct

1 min read

The Not For Profit has topped out at its five-storey development at West Lakes, 14km from the CBD, which is being built as part of the wider redevelopment of the former Football Park site into a residential and commercial master-planned community started in 2018.

The new precinct will feature 108 aged care beds over three levels and an 18-bed memory support unit, plus 17 top floor two- and three-bedroom retirement living apartments with views across the oval, lakes and the Adelaide Hills, and retail and allied health services.

The development is due to be completed at the end of the year, with the 6,600sqm site replacing the north-east corner of the football stadium as part of property developer Commercial & General’s WEST redevelopment, which will have around 1,300 homes.

UnitingSA has six aged care facilities and five retirement villages.
