Veteran marketer Wayne Rogers launches innovative marketing services

One of the industries most seasoned marketers, Wayne Rogers, has linked up with the young turks of the residential project marketing sector, Extension Marketing, to bring a fresh but pragmatic marketing service to the village sector. Wayne is best remembered for being instrumental in building the Primelife brand and sales for 46 retirement villages in 19 aged care facilities across Australia. Based in Melbourne, Extension Marketing is known for its creativity with projects like Waterfront City in the Docklands and Cumberland Lorne. Wayne is also piloting a new finance offering to overcome the roadblock of the sale of the family home.

New Adelaide village ‘inundated with calls’; Jodie and Mark Prosser launch Optimum Retirement Services
Roger Langford, the developer of a new 65 ILU village at Bellevue Heights (SA), reports that he has been inundated with calls even though he is still four months off from breaking soil. He gives credit to Jody and Mark Prosser who have reinvented themselves after their time with Village Care and Petrac, with their launch of Optimum Retirement Services sales and marketing consultancy. The Bellevue Heights Village interestingly is on an old ECH nursing home site they sold as part of a rationalisation strategy. The early sales enquiry generated by the Prosser’s has led to them being awarded Roger Langford’s second village under development.
