Veteran property executive, Greg Paramor, re-commits to the manufactured home park sector

Greg Paramor has joined the board of the boutique property fund manager, Knight Capital Group in Perth, which has invested and manages a stable of three tourist/home parks: FreeSpirit Resort (Darwin), Fraser Lodge (Hervey Bay) and Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort (Yamba). FreeSpirit Resort and Fraser Lodge were formally Mirvac controlled parks up to 2009 which Paramor was then CEO. He has returned to the projects, indicating his commitment to the sector. Paramor was a co-founder of Growth Equities Mutual and a past president of the Property Council.
