A sign of tough times? Not For Profit Acacia Living Group (formerly RSL Care WA) is giving retirees the chance to move into four of its seven villages for up to six months without paying an Entry Fee until 30 April 2019.
“This special deal provides an opportunity to prepare the home for exhibition – declutter, repair, paint, freshen up the garden – and move into their village residence while waiting for the sale.,” Acacia Living Group Chief Executive Kevin Davidson said.
Under the deal, residents only need to pay a monthly rent and a small part payment of the residence agreed market loan.
The terms apply to both new and vacant units and targets potential residents who may be finding it hard to sell their home in the tough WA housing market.
