Stage 1 is underway for Queensland retirement community operator Reside Communities’ latest venture at its village at Robertson, 14km south of Brisbane CBD.

Reside Communities CEO Glen Brown posted this photograph on LinkedIn. There will be 39 new apartments and a new community centre, including indoor pool, to add to the established homes at Brookland Village, which was built in 1984.

The new apartments are from $395,000, with existing homes from $205,000.

“Today, Brookland is evolving as it welcomes modern apartment living and a brand-new, five-star community centre to complement our established homes,” says Reside Communities.

“New amenities will include an indoor heated pool and gym, cafe, cinema, private dining room, workshop and much more.”
