68 aged care projects get DA approval in Jan / Feb, worth $1.19 billion

Following last week’s newsletter where we listed the 44 retirement village projects valued at $929 million that achieved DA approval in the two months of Jan/Feb, we list below the aged care developments that achieved DA approval. Note: the values mostly relate to the final value of the completed developments; the DA approval in the indicated month may be for just for one stage in the overall development.
