7.30 Report unveils Aged Care Housing Weekly publisher Bevan Crowley’s ongoing career of fraud with his Global Awards for Over 55 developments

Here in Australia the veterans of the retirement village sector have long known Bevan Crowley for his overseas travel and seminar scams.

Stories abound where he stages say an educational tour of Californian retirement villages with CEOs then discovering that they had to drive their own minibus to villages where nothing had been organised.

After a stint in jail and several prosecutions Crawley now operates his Aged Care Housing Weekly newsletter and Global Awards for Over 55  developments – the subject of the 7.30 Report.

He offers a Global Award for the price of an attendance at dinner in London – $650 to $1250. In 2016 nine of his global awards were to Australians.

He now goes by the name of Esmonde Crawley.

His enthusiasm, insights and no notes delivery will have you enthralled. “He is the most mesmeric raconteur skilled in our industry. His knowledge is breathtaking”, said a recent attendee at a Toronto Seminar.
