As we covered here, the SA Govt had commissioned property group Commercial & General and building and property company John Holland to oversee the development of the 60-bed facility and over 1,000 residential apartments.
The $1B design for the seven-hectare site has now been dumped in favour of aged care living, short-term accommodation and student accommodation with no private leaseholds.
