Private provider Apollo Care is continuing its push to ensure the survival of smaller Not For Profit providers while maintaining their brand, buying the aged care, home care and retirement living operations from Bundaleer Care Services, based at Wauchope in the Mid-North Coast of NSW.
Apollo Care has given its unique promise to preserve the important role Bundaleer plays in its community. Bundaleer, which has been operating for 40 years, has its services, including a 55-bed aged care home, on a 4.9ha site.

“We believe this is a win-win solution, and another example of how Apollo Care can help struggling Not for Profit organisations de-risk their operations and maintain their purpose,” said Apollo Care CEO Stephen Becsi.
In July last year, Apollo Care added three regional PresCare facilities in QLD to its operations: Alexandra Gardens in Rockhampton, and Yaralla Place and Groundwater Lodge in Maryborough.
In total, the group now has six aged care communities in its portfolio.
