Arcadia Group has continued its expansion in the WA market, buying ASX-listed Peet Ltd’s Lattitude Lakelands for $5.5 million to make its sixth village in the state.

Lattitude Lakelands, a gated community in Mandurah, 60km from Perth, has 194 strata villas.

The purchase means that Arcadia Group, founded by Managing Director Roger Kwok in 1999, now has nine retirement villages in total, with three in Victoria.

“Arcadia Group is thrilled to include Lattitude Lakelands as part of the Arcadia Group family and will continue to provide its residents with a vibrant community and an engaging environment that can be enjoyed by all,” said the company.
