Arcadia kicks a sales goal with short-term retirement village respite Concierge offer

1 min read

Late last year Perth-based Arcadia Group, who own the prestige Rylands of Kew apartment development (purchased from Stockland), introduced a Concierge Suite as an offering to prospective residents and members of the community.

The offer is respite care or the ‘try before you buy’ option. For $195 a day, they receive 3 meals, 1 hour of personalised care and prestige accommodation. They also offer 24-hour on-site services plus they have partnered with home care provider LuxeCare who does the initial assessment and can deliver additional private care packages.

Arcadia Group Marketing Manager Genell Dunn says demand has been high and they are winning sales from people who hadn’t considered the village alternative.
