Arcare secures $6.75 million site in Seven Hills (QLD) for new aged care facility

Arcare’s Springwood facility (QLD).

The private operator purchased the 6,000sqm parcel of land (7.7 kilometres east of the Brisbane CBD) with plans to build a 107-bed facility over two levels.

According to The Courier Mail, the facility will be part of the master-planned Clearview Urban Village project, which we reported on here in 2018.

Arcare now has 15 aged care facilities across the east coast of QLD, including two currently in development. It also operates residential and home care services across VIC and NSW.
