The not-for-profit residential aged care, home care and retirement living provider is seeking approval for a new 104-bed seniors living development – 38 kilometres north-west of Sydney CBD.

According to The Hills Shire Times, the proposal would be surrounded by another controversial proposal for the redevelopment of the St Joseph’s Convent site at MacKillop Dr, Norwest, which master-planned the development of 40 townhouses and 14 homes across several stages by property developer Aqualand.

Catholic Healthcare has 41 residential aged care homes and eight retirement villages across NSW and QLD.
