Congratulations RVA Village Managers of the Year Julie Woolard and Penny Lloyd

Tea Gardens Grange village manager, Julie Woolard, has been named RVA NSW Regional Manager of the Year; The Village Williamstown’s Penny Lloyd awarded the Victorian title.

Julie has worked for Crighton Lifestyle Resorts for five and a half years and was appointed village manager in 2007. She told us: “I am greatly honoured to win the award and have the support of our residents. I am truly passionate about our villages and committed to ensuring that residents enjoy living at Tea Gardens Grange and The Hermitage Lifestyle Resort.”

Penny has been with The Village Williamstown since 1998 – starting on a casual and then part-time basis, she was elevated to assistant manager in 2000 and manager in 2002. She relayed: “I was married in the Community Centre with all residents invited to the wedding in October 2006. I consider myself very lucky to have a job and a village I am proud of.”
