The NSW-based aged care and retirement living provider has begun construction on a 114-bed facility in Umina – 1.5 hours north of Sydney CBD.
As we reported here, the new facility – to be built by experienced aged care construction group, Grindley Builders – will replace Peninsula Village’s existing Jack Aldous House, one of its three total residential aged care homes.
The facility is expected to be completed in late 2020.
