1 min read

Cranbrook Care has now opened the first stage of its village Cranbrook Residences Bella Vista. It includes 50 luxury apartments overlooking the Castle Hill Country Club in Sydney’s exclusive Hills district, 37km west of the Sydney CBD. Aveo is also building a new village there.

Apartments are priced from $575,000 for one bedroom, $995,000 for two bedrooms and $1,295,000 for three bedrooms, while the Deferred Management Fee (DMF) will be capped at 30% – 6% in the first year and 3% each year after that capped at 9 years.

Cranbrook Care CEO Kerry Mann says their new village is designed to appeal to a new generation of retirees with features including oak timber flooring, wool carpets, custom-designed kitchens and emergency response monitoring.

Founded in 2000 by Steve Bauer and his family, Cranbrook has four aged care facilities across Sydney and the Central Coast in addition to the new village.
