The listed provider wants to replace its single-level 36-bed ‘boutique’ building in Toorak Gardens, 2km east of the Adelaide CBD, with a five-level, 118-bed development.
As well as onsite health care facilities, the new premises will boast 67 parking spaces.
If given the go ahead, construction will be finalised by 2022.
