A 63-year-old man has been “reported” to the South Australian police but not charged over an incident at the aged care facility earlier this year that was allegedly witnessed by a relative of another patient.
According to the paper, police are still trying to work out whether there is enough evidence to charge the man.
Another incident at the facility remains under police investigation, while a third has been set aside because of insufficient evidence.
The inquiry into Oakden is due to report on 29 September.
