Gold Coast land lease community takes out prestigious QLD Master Builders award

Seachange Lifestyle Resorts' Emerald Lakes development has been voted Queensland's best community building for 2016 by the Master Builders Association at its recent Housing & Construction awards.

Designed by Wiltshire Stevens Architects and built by Alders Construction, the gated country club estate boasts a tennis court, gym, pools and other community facilities. Final stages of the resort are currently selling from around $650,000.

Emerald Lakes and its sister resort Arundel are both managed by QLD property developer Pradella Property Ventures, which is headed up by David Pradella, formerly of the Pradella Group.
