Heritage Parc in Rutherford to expand with additional 47 village homes

In December the operator, the Newcstle and Hunter Valley based McCloy Group, applied for 99 homes to be added to their Heritage Parc village. Last week they received approval for 47 homes, taking the new village to 147.

The former Newcastle mayor, Jeff McCloy, with Barr Property and Planning, filed the application for the retirement village at the 450-home Heritage Parc 12 months ago (read HERE).
