GemLife’s Gold Coast community where homes are selling from over $1 million

As retirement village operators have largely abandoned broadacre development over the past 15 years, land lease communities continue to expand.

At Pimpana on the Gold Coast, the median price of a two-bedroom residential apartment is $850,000.

At Helensvale, 7.5km south, a two-bedroom, two bathroom unit at Keyton’s The Gardens on Lindfield is available at $805,000; a two-bedroom unit is selling for $535,000 at Aveo’s Tranquility Gardens in the same suburb.

Meanwhile at GemLife Gold Coast in Pimpana, where two homes a day were selling in June, homes are priced from $1.195 to $1.6 million.
