ASX-listed Shell Villages and Resorts Limited (SVC) yesterday announced it had sold its Hunter Valley Village for $3.75 million. The proceeds from the sale of the village purchased for $3.1 million in May of last year will be used to reduce existing company debt. This follows SCV stating late last month that negotiations were being conducted to sell its Brisbane River Terraces community in Goodna for $7.8 million.
