ASX-listed Shell Villages and Resorts Limited (SVC) yesterday announced it had sold its Hunter Valley Village for $3.75 million. This follows SCV stating late last month that negotiations were being conducted to sell its Brisbane River Terraces community in Goodna for $7.8 million.
