The land lease community has been recognised at the Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards for one of its prime sites.

Ingenia Lifestyle Chambers Pines Community, located approximately 30km from the Brisbane CBD, picked up the gong for Best Affordable Housing Development.

The Property Council’s awards are designed to celebrate property development and investment across a range of sectors and design disciplines.
