Intergenerational TLC development in Victoria to open October, claimed to be an aged care first

TLC Healthcare is set to open what it bills as Australia’s first “truly intergenerational” care development this year.

TLC Whitewater in Mordialloc, Victoria, is a $70 million development featuring a 150-place residential aged care facility (including 30 dementia support places); a 120-place childcare and early learning centre; a community medical centre with six doctors; and other facilities including a commercial gym, swimming pool, two cafes, a cinema and VR studio, a hairdresser, and a beauty salon.

CEO Lou Pascuzzi has uploaded a timelapse video to YouTube showing construction progress, with TLC Whitewater set to open in October.

“TLC Whitewater in Mordialloc encompasses integrated opulence at every level,” he says.

The project has been in development since 2019.
