77 year old billionaire media tycoon and ex Italian Prime Minister, Sylvia Berlusconi, has commenced his 12 months of community service, working at an aged care facility for four hours a week. He arrived wearing a suit in a chauffeur driven limousine accompanied by two bodyguards. He was originally sentenced to 4 years jail for tax fraud but successfully renegotiated it to community service.
